Modelo integrado punitivo/relacional • En el centro existen normas y sanciones. • El Consejo Escolar puede ofrecer a las partes la aplicación de una sanción o/y la restitución de la víctima a través de un proceso de mediación. • Parte de la hipótesis de que reconciliarse con la victima acarrea al agresor un alto coste mental y emocional, lo cual es más disuasorio que el castigo.(prevención individual y generalizada) • La comunidad educativa sabe que ante los conflictos se está actuando y además de una forma muy humanizada.
