  1. Latin American Mascots Directions: You have been chosen by the United Nations to come up with a mascot to represent the following countries: Cuba, Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela. Think about all of the information that you learned today in your jigsaw groups. You will need to create an illustration of a mascot and include at least four of the six items from your jigsaw activity. Your group will also need to have a key to explain items and a title.

  2. 1. On a white sheet of paper, come up with something that represents the country you have chosen to be your mascot.

  3. 2. In your mascot, include at least four of the six bits of information. Put the information in a key and on your poster.PopulationNatural ResourcesClimateGovernmentLocationLanguage

  4. For example, if your mascot is a soccer ball and one of the natural resources from your country is coffee, you could have the soccer ball with arms, drinking a cup of coffee.
