My Animal’s Classification S l o t h The sloth is classified as a mammal because it has lungs, it is warm-blooded, and It has live births.
My Animal’s Classification • The sloth’s classification is a mammal because it does not have eggs, but has live births. Sloths are have fur and are very shy animals. There have a backbone and are very slow animals.
Animal Adaptation • The sloth camouflages by blending in with the tree trunk. Their fur blends in with the branches. Male sloths are shy animals. They like to be alone. Females sometimes congregate together.
Animal Adaptation • The sloth lives on a tree. It lives in the canopy layer of the Rainforest. They live most of their life hanging upside down. They hold onto tree branches with strong curved claws.
Behavior and Social Habits. • A sloth is vary shy animals. Sloth’s are small animals they are 2 feet or 61centimeters long. The sloth got its name from its slow movement.

Additional interesting facts • The sloth is very small. It does not move well on land. It can barely walk on land. They can stay in the trees and live their whole life on a branch. • They’re very cool. Wow!! • I think they’re funny looking.
