About KEY KEY support over 1000 people across Scotland • 302 people have an agreed Individual Budget – in the form of an Individual Service Fund • 21 people have an Individual Budget in the form of a Direct Payment • 1 person has an individual budget in the form of a Care Managed Fund • Over 75 people are in the process of transition from traditionally funded services to an individual budget
