2013 Action Plan Question: I intend to still be working for Merlin in 12 months time (permanent staff only) • Actions: • Included career aspiration section on all PDPs • Increased the amount of OJT and Guest Services positions available in 2014 season • Actively worked with Guest Communications, Security, and Hotel to facilitate Admissions advancement within other departments
2013 Action Plan Question: I am aware Merlin is committed to conservation and wildlife preservation • Actions: • Created SEA LIFE conservation board in Guest Services hallway • Publicized Grounds Recycling challenges throughout 2014 • Publicized SEA LIFE’s involvement in Carlsbad Beach Fest 2014
