What is Edimodo? • “Edmodo is a secure, social learning platform for teachers, students, schools and districts. We provide a safe and easy way for your class to connect and collaborate, share content and access homework, grades and school notices.”
How a student gets started • Before starting the student will need a six digit group code from their teacher. • Then they can go to the website and click on the “I’m a student” button • They then can enter their group code • They will then need to complete the registration and then their in!

If you are a teacher how do you get started? • Visit Edimodo and set up a free account, and then fill out the registration. • After you sign up the first thing to do is create your groups.
How to create a group • Step 1: In the left-hand column of your home page, select the “create” link. • Step 2: Give your group a name, complete the details of your group and select “create”. • Step 3: Once you’ve successfully created a group, Edmodo will display the group name in the left-hand navigation bar of your home page. You will see the 6-digit code for the group you’ve just created on the right-hand panel. This is the code you will use to invite your students to the group.
How do I find my group code? • After you create a group you will get a message with your group code.

What is Prezi used for? • A cloud based presentation software that can include whiteboards and slides within a presentation. It can be used as a bulletin board or as a brainstorming map. Prezi Tutorial

Getting Started Next Level Finishing • Learn how to share your Prezi with others you want to have access to it • Invite others to edit the Prezi presentation after you have made it • Learn how to navigate your presentation and how to use it in front of others • Use a zebra (tool used to move, delete, edit, etc. materials) to make a Prezi presentation • Learn how to move, scale, and rotate objects • How to work zooming in and out on objects • Create the path of the presentation • Learn how to frame individual items or items that have a relation between them • Learn how to group objects within the element together • Decide which object to send to the back and what object to be at the front
