  10. George H Bush - Republican • 1988-1992 • War • - Iraqi President Saddam Hussein attacked (America’s friend) Kuwait • Bush stopped Saddam’s attack, but Saddam continued to be president of Iraq until 2003 • Maybe that’s why his son, George W. Bush invaded Iraq and 9/11 terrorist attacks
