When to use International SOS Before you Travel Before you leave, call us to prepare for: • Vaccinations • Required medications • Travel medical concerns You can also prepare yourself by logging onto www.InternationalSOS.com where you can sign up for medical email alerts or review country specific reports that will make you an informed traveler. Also, this information is available on-the-go through the Assistance App. “I am off to Istanbul. Can I find a dentist there? ”

When to use International SOS While Abroad While abroad, call when you: • Need health and safety advice; • Need to speak with an experienced, internationally-trained doctor or medical professional; • Need a local doctor or other provider credentialed by International SOS; • Require supplies of medication or equipment; • Need assistance due to the loss of travel documents. “I forgot to pack my blood pressure medication.”

When to use International SOS In an Emergency In an emergency, call immediately to: • Arrange medical transportation or care; • Coordinate medical fees, when approved; • Monitor your condition and provide advice; • Evacuate you to a center of medical excellence if local care is inadequate; • Contact family members. “I have severe stomach pains.” “I got into an accident and I need surgery.”

How to Reach International SOS International SOS is available On Call, Online, and On Ground We recommend you: • Carry an International SOS membership card in your wallet or purse. • Visit the Membership website by going to www.internationalsos.com. Use your Membership #: XXXXXXXXXX • Download the Assistance App to your Smartphone (Tip: if you don’t have a Smartphone, create a contact in your phone containing International SOS information).

Membership Cards • It is important you always carry a Membership Card in your wallet or purse when traveling abroad. • If you’re traveling with a spouse or family member, we recommend that they carry a card as well - there might be a situation where they will need to contact International SOS on your behalf. • If you don’t have a Membership card, please contact your HR department.

  11. What is the Assistance App? An essential tool for any employee on the move so they can make the most of their International SOS membership. With the Assistance App, travelers and expatriates have a world of capability in their hand - it is the only medical and travel security app integrated into a global assistance infrastructure. Having mobile access to travel security and health information, employees can make informed, thoughtful decisions on critical health and safety issues that may affect their wellbeing.

  13. JUST CALL VIDEO Play the “Just Call” video for examples on why to call our assistance centers. The video is available in multiple different languages. LOGIN After you download and launch the App you will need to enter your International SOS Membership Number to login. Select “ON” next to Remember so you don’t have to type in the Membership number each time you login. Select “Help or Call for Assistance” if you have forgotten your Membership Number or if you need to quickly call the Assistance Center.

  14. ACCESS THE MENU Click here to access additional features including settings, push notifications, and your favorites. CHECK-IN Quick access to ‘check-in’ to your location. (only available to TravelTracker customers) ALERTS Instant access to the latest medical and security alerts for your current location from International SOS and Control Risks. CALL FOR ASSISTANCE If you need routine advice or assistance during an emergency click on the ‘Call for Assistance’ button. The call will be directed to the nearest International SOS assistance center.
