Key Concerns Regardless of Hat That You’re Wearing • Constructing Meaning • Establishing a tone, climate and culture of assessment (remember hat doesn’t matter) • Developmental and Evolutionary Process • Encouraging contrasting views, but reaching consensus • Recognizing the difference between accountability and responsibility
