  1. Configure Firewall In Norton Internet Security

  2. Step1:Open Norton Internet Security (2008) 

  3. Step 2:Click the Norton Internet Security tab.Step 3: Click the down arrow for Settings so that a list is displayed.

  4. Step 4:Open Web BrowsingStep 5:Open Click Personal FirewallStep 6:Open Click the Configure button Step 7:Open Click Program Control on the left pane 

  5. Step 8:If CTI Navigator is listed: Make sure its access is set to "Allow" ,& that Update Manager is set to Allow. Following that skip to step 13 below.  • Step 9:If CTI Navigator is not by now listed in the Program Control screen, click on the Add button. If CTI Navigator is listed, click the Edit button & leave the step 13 (forever change Custom or Block to Allow) • Step 10:Enter CTI Navigator.exe in the File Name field • Step 11:Browse to & click on the CTI Navigator folder • Step 12:Click Open until the Program Control dialog box is showed • Step13:Select Allow • Step 14:Click OK & close Norton.
