Ingredients • 3 whole eggs • Coriander (optional) • Green Chillies (2 – chopped) • Garlic (optional) • Butter – 2 tablespoons • Grated Cheese – Choose some sharp Cheddar for a perfect combination • Salt as per taste
The technique for this quick recipe with cheese. • Place skillet on medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt. • Crack 3 eggs in a bowl and gently whisk with a fork till you have a homogenous mixture. • Add the garlic, salt, chillies and coriander to the bowl. Whisk well. • Now that your pan is nice and hot, put the beaten egg mixture into the pan.
Keep whisking the mixture with a fork, while the omelette cooks in the pan. Continue doing so till the omelette is set at the base but slightly undercooked on top. • Quickly top the omelette with cheese. Let the cheese soften a little, no more than a minute. • Fold the omelette from both ends like a burrito and slide off the skillet.
