Stop Scrambling, Start Bringing Home the Bacon! • Reports • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly • Staff, Executive Team, Development/Fundraising Committee, Board • Status reports compare your intended results to your actual results. • Reports should also track contribution numbers, cultivation activities, status of events and programs. • The results will help you navigate through your fundraising plan. • Having to deviate from initial plan does not always signify failure. A higher return than projected may also cause a shift in • focus.
