  2. What Makes Sound Vibrating-A Back and Forth motion How Sound Is Produced- By making something move back and forth Sound Waves –is a vibration that travels through matter

  3. How Sound is Produced by strings When strings are plucked they move back and fourth and it vibrates. Sometimes you can see the strings go back and fourth on a guitar

  4. What Sound Makes Compression- is a part of a sound wave were molecules are crowed together Rarefaction-is the part of a sound wave where molecules are spread apart.

  5. what Can Sound Go Through Solid- Can also travel through solids and liquids? You can tell that sound travels through solids just putting you ear onto a table top. If someone taps the table at the other end you can hear the tapping louder than if you lift your head away from the table. Liquid-If you do any underwater swimming you probably can tell that you can hear sounds in water. You can hear someone calling you from above the surface. You can also hear sounds in the water around you. Gas- When you hear sounds what is usually around you? Air! You can hear sounds in the air. When sound waves reach your ear they make parts inside vibrate. Since air is a mixture of gasses you can concluded that sounds can travel through gasses. It travels as sound waves
