  3. Exports • Uruguay Has many exports but her are the most common ones: Beef, Soybeans, Rice, Wheat, Wood, Dairy Products, and Wool.

  4. Sports • If you were wondering what kinds of sports are there in Uruguay here are some : Football, Basketball, rugby, and tennis. Rugby is : A team played with an oval ball that may be kicked, carried, and passed from hand to hand. Points are scored by grounding the ball.

  5. Weather • Because of the Earths rotation Uruguay is on the other side. When we have Winter the have Summer , and when we have Summer they have Winter. So I am going in January so I can see more of Uruguay. • The warmest temperature they get in January is 69°F - 78°F.

  6. Unique Fact • The Oriental Republic of Uruguay was officially born in 1828. It is the second smallest country in South America after Suriname.

  7. 3 Historical Sites • Plaza Independencia-(Spanish for Independence Square) is the name of Montevideo's most important plaza. • El Cabildo- El Cabildo is a city hall where they signed the Uruguay constitution in 1830. • Plaza Zabala- In late 1878, during the dictatorship of Colonel Lorenzo Latorre, it was decided to demolish the old fort and build a public square in its place.
