  2. SINCE JANUARY 1, 2008, EDEN DRUG DETECTIVES HAVE MADE 76 UNDERCOVER DRUG BUYS FROM 54 DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

  3. DETECTIVES AND PATROL OFFICERS COMBINED HAVE MADE 125 DRUG ARRESTS.

  4. THREESEARCH WARRANTSHAVE BEEN SERVED.

  5. DRUG INVESTIGATORS HAVE SEIZED $278,000 WORTH OF ILLEGALLY OBTAINED ASSETS FROM DRUG DEALERS.

  6. IN THE LAST EIGHTEEN MONTHS, THE EDEN POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS SEIZED NEARLY TWO MILLION DOLLARS IN ASSETS FROM DRUG DEALERS.

  7. IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS, OVER $480,00 OF THOSE SEIZED ASSETS HAVE BEEN FORFEITED TO THE EDEN POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR USE.

  8. EDEN POLICE DRUG INVESTIGATORS HAVE CONDUCTED JOINT INVESTIGATIONS WITH TWELVE DIFFERENT FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.

  9. SINCE JANUARY 1, 2008, SEVEN DETECTIVES HAVE CONDUCTED 365 FELONY INVESTIGATIONS AND 557 MISDEMEANOR INVESTIGATIONS.

  10. THAT COMES TO 22 INVESTIGATIONS EACH AFTER SPENDING TIME IN COURT, IN MANDATORY TRAINING AND TAKING VACATION TIME AND SICK TIME.

  11. THEY HAVE INVESTIGATED ONE HOMICIDE, THREE SUSPICIOUS DEATHS, THREE RAPES, THIRTEEN ROBBERIES AND ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN BREAKING AND ENTERINGS.

  12. SINCE THE FIRST OF THE YEAR, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS MADE 549 ARRESTS, INCLUDING 61 DWI ARRESTS.

  13. THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE MORE THAN 26,000INCIDENTS WE HANDLE EVERY YEAR.
