What a National Solution IS NOT..…. • A substitute for the SAVIN programs • A way to force your SAVIN programs to change • Will remain managed and operated by the states • Can continue to be unique to your own state • Supports maintenance of unique toll-free numbers, web URLs, victim outreach and public awareness programs; if desired. • A way to duplicate public awareness campaigns • Will facilitate leveraging national public awareness opportunities

  5. What a National Solution IS…. • Think of NAVIN as a funnel…. Single portal, single number, national PR campaign… all focused on reaching more victims • All victims are funneled to the appropriate SAVIN program for service
