Mix of CA gen in 2000

  6. What needs to be done? • See if there is common interest • Form interested core team • Design basic components, metrics • Access/use of EIA data • Find $$$ for contractor support • Identify appropriate state contacts • Model/Create data base • Establish web site(s)
