  2. QUE HICIERON LOS GOBIERNOS NEOLIBERALES (1990-2006) Se bloquearon los derechos a la juventud (educación, salud, deportes) Se comercializó la educación. Se comercializó la Salud. Se negó el derecho a hacer deporte. Se negó el derecho a la sana recreación. Se negó el derecho a conocer sobre la cultura y el arte. Se negaron condiciones básicas para el desarrollo humano. Como consecuencia se perdieron valores, identidad, cultura y derechos sociales, predominó el individualismo y el consumismo. Se aumentó el uso del alcohol y la droga, propiciando creación de grupos juveniles delincuenciales.

POLITICAS DEL GOBIERNO DEL COMANDANTE DANIEL ORTEGA RESPECTO A LA JUVENTUD POSICIONA A LA JUVENTUD COMO EJE CENTRAL DEL DESARROLLO DEL PAÍS • Promueve la participación activa y efectiva de la juventud en los procesos de transformación política, social, económica y cultural del país a través de los movimientos juveniles para la formación de conciencia y el desarrollo integral de las comunidades. ESTAN DIRIGIDAS AL DESARROLLO DE LA CONCIENCIA SOCIAL Y VALORES HUMANOS EN LA JUVENTUD • Participación directa por el desarrollo integral, social, económico, cultural. • Preservación de la madre tierra y el medio ambiente. • Organización y Movilización en acciones de Promotoría Solidaria.
