North Wales Mobility and Driving Assessment Service The Older Driver Programme • Have worked in partnership with Denbighshire County Council Road Safety unit since 2003. • Provision of Driver Improvement Programme for the over 55 year old. • Free and voluntary. • European funding and speed awareness revenue.

  3. Statistics • Total of 280 drivers (2003 – 2010) • 167 Male (67%) • 113 Female (33%)

  4. Recent developments • Invited to assist with programme development. • Working in partnership with The North Wales Road Safety Group. • Delivering services across 6 regions.
