  6. Awards and Recognition Get Members Involved • Offer assistance to any member who wavers. • You can provide solutions to concerns that have gone unvoiced. 5

  7. Awards and Recognition Recognize Members • Publish achievements in newsletter and on website. • Publicize achievements at area and district levels. • Hold recognition ceremonies. • Present special tokens of recognition. 6
