Salt Lake Olympics • Why did they switch to Venue Based planning from Function based planning? • Acquire the knowledge base for each job functions • Changed the model to Venue based in order to get the specific traning and knowledge from each of the individual functions • Run day long venue simulations • Concentrate the functional knowledge into specific Venues.
