SPES Objectives Increase the quality of life in the Europe easing the access to health and social services Create a platform on Central EuropeeHealth define constraints, need and opportunities
Overall Approach Use of the positive result of the OLDES project: a software platform based on low cost PCs and a friendly interface for patients; Transfer this approach to 4 different geographical contexts (Ferrara, Vienna, Brno and Kosice) Focusing on new target diseases (respiratory problems, dementia, people with different abilities and social exclusion)
