  4. 1,2 What is a drop-down menu? A list of choices that you see when you right-click an item on the desktop or window

  5. 1,3 What is the START menu? The part of the desktop where everything starts

  6. 1,4 What are Control-Alt-Delete? The three keys that will help unfreeze Windows

  7. 2,1 What is a folder? You can customize this desktop item by changing its icon or putting a picture on it

  8. 2,2 What is the Desktop? The on-screen work area on which windows, icons, menus, and dialog boxes appear

  9. 2,3 What is Accessories? The part of the START menu where you will find a calculator
