Be present!!! • -Art class and hanging up art • Art show at THS • Displaying work outside of school for students • -FISH posters • - Partnership with FOCUS • Recycling • Ice cream parlor • FOCUS students serving ice cream to Endeavor students and staff • Rewards and set up (movies, café, etc…)

Ms. Mueller and Ms. Rottinghaus Math and Language Arts Turner Learning Teams (TLT’s) • Math TLT’s: Ms. Mueller • Highly important to the entire department • Time to collaborate within specific courses (common assessments, mapping, best practices & strategies) • More successful in student class placement • Critical in state assessment planning • Language Arts TLT’s: Ms. Rottinghaus • Time to collaborate on Diary Maps, common bell work and common assessments • Discussion around rigor and student placement in advanced classes • Focus on data driven decision making & collaboration • Time to discuss writing assignments & assessments

Elizabeth Pointer & Maggie Berry Math & Reading Enrichment • Math: Elizabeth Pointer • Able to focus on getting work done • Very little pressure, able to move at own pace • Feels good to succeed – excited to be there • State assessments: ready this time!! • Reading: Maggie Berry • Helped with difficult concepts • Flexible, able to skip easier concepts • Teamed up with Elizabeth and helped each other • State assessments: ready this time!!
