SB SIG 1H 2009 Planned Activities and Accomplishments Re-energized SIG Re-aligned mission statement to ACT-IAC with input from SB SIG members Held regular well-attended monthly meetings Meeting attendance averages 25; last meeting had 40 attendees Significant increase in attendance over 2008 Engaged and met with GAP members Started up 3 task forces (more on next slide) Created SIG Facebook page Monthly Program Topics Federal Outlook for SB in 2009 Delex Decision Impact on Small Businesses (also published paper to portal) Recap and Takeaways from the Small Business Conference Firm Fixed Price Contracts from SB Perspective Panel Working with Small Business Liaison Officers (SBLOs) Panel Techniques for Responding to RFPs Contributed to Small Business Conference Planning Committee and SIG members acted as note-takers for event Staffed booth at IAC Community Fair
