  1. NC Bending Sheet Metal Utilizing CNC Press Brakes and Bend Tooling.

  2. CNC press brakes are used in the computer numerically controlled (CNC) bending process, which involves folding sheet metal.

  3. On the largest industrial machineries, these devices may bend sheet metal pieces that are many meters long, or as short as a few millimeters.

  4. We are able to CNC fold up to 4 meters long at SAMS Fabrications.

  5. Our CNC press brake features a top beam that moves under force with the upper tools that are hydraulically secured; this process is called down forming. The bottom bed is stationary, holding the V block tooling in place.
