  2. What the system does as a whole? The general ledger Module does a whole is that it can generate all the financial reports of the Hospital. It can also create a journal of Accounts Payable and Receivable. The system can generate a report by daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. The system collect all the charges in pharmacy, laboratory and radiology and make it summarized or detailed in printing.

  3. Transactions covered, queries, reports, special technologies. The Transactions covered by the system was only Records and Retrieve the Financial statement of the Hospital. It can also generate the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly financial statement of the company.The queries that are included were the queries within the Billing, Laboratory, Pharmacy and Radiology for the accumulate and total expenses of each department in the Hospital.Special technologies concerned with the system is that the system will be made up of JAVA and backend is SQL.

  4. Major difference from other similar systems. The System is Made up from Java. Other Systems are Based on C# and VB.net The Proponents Implemented that the system should be able to interact other subsystems such as Pharmacy, Billing, Laboratory and Radiology to collect their charges. The Ability to generate the financial statement of a whole year. User-friendliness. The system can generate a summarized report in billing module.
