OUR THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER PRODUCT LINE • Felprene • Chemical base: SBS • Properties: compounds have a low temperature flexibility, good compression set, very good elasticity and a very broad range of hardness. • Applications:Extrusion or injection, footwear, sole, soft-touch grip, seals, gaskets, also used as a PVC alternative. • Not recommanded for outdoor applications. • Low price. • .

OUR THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER PRODUCT LINE • EPRENE • Chemical base: SEBS • Properties: compounds have excellent ozone and UV resistance, very good compression set, high heat resistance, excellent low temperature properties, chemical resistance and are recyclable. • Applications:Extrusion or injection, soft-touch grip, seals, gaskets, footwear, building and construction goods, rubber substitution.

OUR THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER PRODUCT LINE • Seprene • Chemical base: SEEPS • Properties: compounds offer excellent chemical resistance, excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, low temperature flexibility and superior weatherability. • Applications:Extrusion or injection, soft-touch grip, door and windows seals, gaskets, a colorable thermoplastic molding grade elastomer with good fluid resistance

  12. 10. OUR REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC PRODUCT LINE • Calcium Carbonate (CACO3) reinforced thermoplastics • This grade is a basic product. It offers different choices: Filled with 20 to 50%, color control, stabilized UV and good mechanical properties. (see chart for PP/calcium carbonate)Ex.: outdoor furnitures, color match piece for ceramic tiles cement • 2. Talc reinforced thermoplastics • You will obtain higher mechanical and thermal properties. They are developed to meet requirements such as: stabilized UV resistance, color control, flex and impact resistance. Ex.: thermopumps, above ground pools

Glass Fiber reinforced thermoplastics These products have improved mechanical and thermal qualities and high injection molding capacity. Ex.: sport equipment, construction materials 4. Mica reinforced thermoplastics Both good mechanical properties and a surface finish looking like natural marble will be attained with these compounds. The color and mica size can also be chosen. Ex.: marble look
