  4. The Art of Brilliance Offering student leadership opportunities for all.

  5. Restructured Student Council A student-led proposal for a change in the way student voice is heard.

  6. Peer Mentoring KS5 students serving as role models to help KS4 students settle in.

  7. Student Mentoring “Children tend to choose role models that they find relevant and with whom they can compare themselves (Lockwood and Kunda, 2000).” Clark, 2008.

  8. Activity Back to back! One person to describe the image in front of them, the other to draw it based on their description.
