  1. What is the Best Time to Drink Protein Supplement You can have a protein supplement post your workout, before your workout, or first thing in the morning. Never replace your meals with supplements. A supplement is used to help your body get protein fast or in cases when your diet is not enough. It is always better to get protein naturally. The protein you select should suit your body. If you are lactose intolerant, then don’t select whey protein or casein. If you are allergic to soy, then avoid products having it. It is all about making the right choice for ourselves. I suggest you talk to a professional regarding the right supplement for you and the amount of supplement you need. Some things to keep in mind while buying the best protein powder for daily use: 1. Certification: Check if the whey protein powder has been tested by a third party and the protein source is genuine. Don’t buy products from unknown dealers or sites. Always check the brand details and the product details. 2. Ingredients: If you are buying Whey Isolate, then check the order of the ingredients. If Whey Concentrate is mentioned before Isolate, don’t buy the product as it will have very less Isolate. 3. Flavours: You can go for unflavoured (less additives) or flavoured products (chocolate, choco fudge, vanilla, strawberry, etc. having more additives).
