  1. Kemper Senior Solutions Broker Step by Step Nomoreforms Process

  2. Preferred Settings and Notes • Must have Adobe Reader in order to use the nomoreforms system • If needed, can be downloaded by accessing the following link • http://get.adobe.com/reader/ • Click on Different Language or Operating System • Under Select an Operating System, choose Windows XP SP2 and click Continue • Choose Adobe Reader 7.x.x (x being whatever version is available) and follow through with the download process • Internet Explorer settings should be set to reuse the same browser. This setting can be selected by doing the following: • In Internet Explorer, click Tools and then Internet Options • Click the Advanced tab • Locate the option for ‘Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts’ and select it • If already selected, deselect and reselect, save, close browser and re-open the browser 2

  3. Broker will click on customized URL link provided by Kemper Senior Solutions IMO. All of the contracting entities, for the purpose of this PowerPoint training document, are referred to as IMO’s. Please instruct the Broker when providing the URL to keep their password and package code as it will be needed at a later time to access executed contracts. • https://www.ainsight.com/nomoreforms/logon?type=client_nonins&clientCode=RNIC • Broker will be presented with the below Login screen and will enter the following information: • Your First Name: Broker will enter their first name • Your Last Name: Broker will enter their last name • Your SSN: Broker will enter their SSN • Assign Yourself a Password: Broker will assign themselves a password (no limitations) • Confirm Your Password: Broker will re-enter the password they assigned themselves • Client Package Code: IMO will provide the appropriate package code for the broker to enter (case sensitive) • Once Broker enters their information, they will click on ‘Logon to nomoreforms’

  4. If the below message is received, this means that the Broker is already in nomoreforms (usually with another client of ours). • Click on the Click Here link • If the below message is not received, skip to slide 9 4

  5. Broker will provide their SSN and Last Name, then click Continue

  6. If broker’s SSN and last name match what is in the nomoreforms system, then a box will pop up to reset the password • Enter the new password, type it again and click Submit

  7. If password reset is successful, the below screen will be presented • Close this browser by hitting the Exit button click on the URL link provided by Reserve and scroll down to Returning Applicant to login • If password reset is unsuccessful, please contact our Help Desk at 800-686-8279 because the name/SSN combination does not match what we have in our database.

  8. Scroll down to Returning Applicant, and enter the following: • Broker’s SSN • New password created in the previous step (after resetting password) • Client Package Code as provided by the IMO • Click ‘Logon to nomoreforms’

  9. Broker will be presented with a list of forms to complete • Required forms are shown as ‘Incomplete’ and all forms must be completed before they continue with the submission process. • Broker will click on first form in the list of forms to open and complete

  10. Once in the form, the Broker will complete the form as instructed. • Red fields are required and black fields are optional • Blue text is used to show specific formatting rules (i.e. mm/dd/yyyy for Date of Birth)

  11. Broker will click Save Your Info to save their information to the form. • If there are any errors, the Broker will either be presented with an error message within the form or presented with an error screen as shown in the second screen shot below. • If Broker is presented with the second screen shot, they must either click on the ‘click here’ link or close their browser and come back later using Returning Applicant

  12. Once all Required forms have been completed, the Submit Forms button will display and Broker can complete any optional forms that apply . • Broker can click on the Submit Forms button to move forward with the submission process

  13. Broker will retype their password to agree to continue the submission process and click the Submit Forms button

  14. Broker will click the Submit Forms button one last time to confirm submission

  15. Broker will be presented with a screen that confirms their submission and provides a Submission Confirmation Number • Reserve National can use many pieces of information to locate an agent, including Submission Confirmation Number, SSN, Last Name • The Broker has completed their part of the workflow

  16. KSS IMO will receive an email notification of the package submission and will log in to the Applicant Processing Center by clicking on the below URL link and providing their user id/password and click ‘Logon To Applicant Processing Center’ • Note: The first time a user logs in they will provide the password of welcome and then be requested to provide a new password • https://www.ainsight.com/master_diary/ebq_client_logon.htm

  17. The broker just added will be displayed in the IMO Inventory along with any other Brokers that are actively being worked on in the user inventory. • If more than one broker is in the list, select the checkbox to the left of that Broker’s name (if only that Broker, not necessary to select the checkbox) • Select ‘nomoreforms-all forms…’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go

  18. Submitted forms will be displayed. They are read only and not editable. • User can open each form for review.

  19. If User needs to exit the form and the back button doesn’t work (depending on the version of Adobe the form was created in), user can click on the down arrow to the right of the back button and select ‘Reserve National Insurance Co/nomoreforms’

  20. Kemper Senior Solutions IMO will then access the Internal Forms tab to complete the KSS Hierarchy Form – 07/12 CUO

  21. When the IMO completes the hierarchy form and selects the appropriate Level they will be required to supply Name and SSN/TIN for that level. • Once completed, they will click the ‘Save Your Info’ button to complete.

  22. After completing the Hierarchy form, the IMO will select Return to Processing Center

  23. IMO will then transfer the broker record to ‘Broker Submissions’ by selecting that name from the Requestor Dropdown and click ‘Save’

  24. Reserve Home Office will receive an email notification when broker record has been transferred to them and will review license information • To review PDB information, from APC, select applicant and choose ‘Appointment/Termination – Electronic’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go.

  25. In the Transaction Type area, select Individual or Agency, as applicable, then click ‘Refresh IPDB License Information from NIPR’.

  26. Box will pop up indicating it will take a moment, click ok.

  27. Screen will refresh indicating any active licenses reported by the IPDB. Licenses reported by the IPDB have an Origin of IPDB. Always rely on Origin of IPDB. • Display IPDB Details provides additional information regarding the active licenses, like License Line of Authority and License Class. You can also review if there were any Regulatory Actions.

  28. To review additional IPDB Details, select the appropriate detail • State License Information : Active and Inactive Licenses, License Line of Authority, License Class • Appointments: Active and Inactive Appointments, Line of Authority • Addresses: As reported by each DOI • Regulatory Actions • Select a specific state or leave as All States and Click Submit

  29. License Details provide License Line of Authority, License Class, Active or Terminated and Dates as provided by the DOI • This is an example of the License Details

  30. If license results are okay, the next step is to perform a Vector Check by Returning to the Applicant Processing Center. • Select the checkbox to the left of the agent and choose ‘Vector One’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go

  31. Indicate Individual or Agency (SSN or TIN) and click Submit to Vector One

  32. Results will be returned immediately and indicate Hit vs No Hit. If there’s a Hit you will have to review details on Vector’s site • If okay to continue, click Go to Return to Processing Center

  33. If no Vector Hit, you will the perform the appropriate background check and Initiate LTC Verification (only request Initiate LTC Verification if the agent is licensed in the states of SC, TN, and LA)by selecting ‘Background Services…’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go

  34. Select appropriate background service request and click Go Only if licensed in SC, TN, LA

  35. Screen will refresh, click on Return to Applicant Processing Center

  36. When background result is returned, an email notification will be generated to the requestor. • When email notification received, you can access the background results from the APC or the Master Diary by clicking on ‘Complete’ under BI Status Swim Lane

  37. To continue with appointment request, select ‘Appointment/Term Electronic’ from Action Dropdown and click Go • Select all requested appointment states where Origin is IPDB, select Transaction Type of Individual or Agency as applicable, click Go. • If two licenses are listed for the same state (both with origin of IPDB), select the line that meets the license LOA requirements based on the IPDB Details. If both do, select the one that has the most recent effective or issue date.

  38. Verify that an active appointment doesn’t already exist for the requested Appointing Company. • Indicate appropriate information based on state business rules (i.e. Effective Date, License Class, Line of Authority) and click Go • A box will pop up indicating it’s evaluating based on the rules. Click OK. • If an error screen was returned, none of the requested appointments were processed and errors must be corrected based on the message.

  39. When appointment is sent, the below screen will display • Click on Return to Processing Center to continue

  40. When NIPR/State responds with Acceptance/Rejection of appointment, an email notification will be sent to the requestor and the Appointment Process Swim Lane will reflect ‘Complete’ • Reserve Home Office can also use the Master Diary to review the Appointment response

  41. The Master Diary is the place where everything is stored regarding what has been performed regarding a particular record. • It includes when backgrounds have been requested and returned, when appointments have been requested and returned, personally created notes and when packages have been submitted and forms accessed. • To access the Master Diary from the Processing Center, select the checkbox to the left of the agent and choose ‘Master Diary’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go

  42. The View All Entries tab reflects all tasks regarding the record, the tabs to the right reflect sub categories

  43. Home Office will then access the Internal Forms to countersign the Contract by selecting ‘nomoreforms-all forms’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go • Click ‘Internal Forms’ tab • Click form titled ‘KSS Broker Agreement – 07/12 INT’ to open

  44. When form opens, select Kemp’s name from the signature dropdown and enter the Effective Date of the Contract. • Click Save Your Info to save data to the form

  45. Home Office will record information in PowerTerm • Home Office will then open the Reserve Internal form to provide the following data: • Appointment State(s) • Appointment Effective Date • cc Name • cc Email • Company Number • Agent ID

  46. Home Office will then access ‘Background Services’ to select the appropriate Welcome Letter request • Select appropriate background service request and click Go

  47. After all forms are reviewed and welcome letter requested, Home Office will then ‘Remove’ Broker from active view by selecting ‘Remove Applicant’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go • Note ‘Removing’ an applicant does not mean the Broker/Agent is deleted from the system, but that it is hidden from your active view.

  48. If User would like to ‘Recall’ the applicant for any reason, once Broker is located (by entering various types of data on the Search & Sort screen), select ‘Recall Applicant’ from the Action Dropdown and click Go

  49.
