Nutrition Coach Criteria • Participate in a Nutrition Challenge and show one of the following: • weight loss • body fat loss • muscle gain • visceral fat loss • inches lost • Participate in a Fitness Challenge and show: • Increase in run time • Increase in push-ups • Increase in sit-ups • Complete comprehensive exams (2 product written and 1 process flow oral) • Complete and pass prospective Coach to Client mock interview with Nutrition Coach trainee developing nutrition/fitness plan and product recommendations • Complete TrueGenerations Business Development Courses and Herbalife Business Course ****Must be an Herbalife Member to participate as a Nutrition Coach

NUTRITION COACH RESPONSIBILITIES • Review fit campers health questionnaire, goals, provide product information and process product sales • Manage your teams myfitnesspal’s account • Logging all food and drink every day • Setting/goals correct • No exercise to be logged in • Assistance with any nutrition Pitfalls • Hydration/water • Schedule, perform and review weekly body analysis for your team • Need to be available to communicate with your team when they need you • Assist at the product bar on a rotation schedule • Ensure your team members bring water and mats • Invite your team to the 24Fit Camp Challenge group page to receive all updates and information

Nutrition Coach Trainer Criteria • Participate in both a Nutrition/Fitness Challenge and complete requirements • In addition the Nutrition Coach Trainer must be the following • Body fat within age range • Hydration level over 50% • Visceral fat between 1 – 10 • Complete all requirements to be a Nutrition Coach • Complete TrueGenerations Business Development Courses and Herbalife Business Course

Training Process – ProductsWritten Exam • Review all product training videos on myherbalife.com • Go to Tools and Training, pull up product information then review Weight Management, Targeted Nutrition, Energy and Fitness and Personal Care sections • Review 24 line on www.Herbalife24.com • Pass all product written tests

Training Process – Oral ExamNew Client Process Flow Nutrition Coach will need to demonstrate and explain the process flow for interviewing a client • Client fills out health questionnaire (see attached) • Purpose for you to know your client’s current health status, be able to properly determine their specific desires for that visit, if they are interested in additional services and if they are interested in potential business opportunity • Additional purpose is to follow up with the client once you have reviewed in detail and advise them of other products and services that may benefit them that were not covered in initial assessment • Conduct Body Analysis (see attached) and review with Body Composition Review Presentation (see attached)

Training Process - continuedNew Client Process Flow • Set your client up on myfitnesspal or Herbalife’sIchange and make sure their calories and carbs/fats/proteins are calculated correctly, make sure you are able to friend and see their diary to assist in their progress (see attached how to change goals) • Build personalized meal plan (see attached) including 5 to 6 meals a day, calories per meal to match carb/fat/protein ratio, include in plan when to take all additional Herbalife supplements in daily intake (refer to Herbalife product recommendation sheet to know what supplements to advise, see attached)

Training Process - continuedNew Client Process Flow • If Client is unable or unwilling to do a daily food log simply mock them up a daily sheet that tells them when and what and how to take meals (see attached Herbalife daily plan) • Schedule their next follow up appointment for consultation and weigh in

  9. Training Process – Coach to Client Mock Interview • Develop Nutrition Plan – using established process flow guidelines • Develop Fitness Plan – enroll in Fitness Challenge and/or set up with Anytime and recommend Personal Trainer • Product Recommendation – Develop ongoing product usage (i.e.; in 3 weeks after implementing program beginning 21 day cleanse)
