  3. Student Activity • Activity: after and during school must be approved by principal • Clubs: submit activities to principal in 1st month of school • Strategy: will not fundraise door to door, encouraged students to do functions at school

  4. Field Trips • Instructional related activities (such as auto mechanics or cosmetology) should not be used for fundraising. • Nominal fee may offset costs. • Principal approves all charges and costs.

  5. Athletic Events • Pre-numbered tickets will be sold at events • Price to events is assigned by athletic conference • Ticket manager will count tickets before sale and receipts after sale. • All proceeds must NOT be left at school or taken home.

  6. Food • Sale of food or beverages may only take place after the last lunch is served.

  7. Accounting for Funds • Pre-numbered tickets must be given to coaches by principal • Receipts must be counted and reconciled with activity report under dual control. • Receipts are deposited on a daily basis.

  8. Fund Balances for End of Year • student council, $600 • service clubs, $200 • honor clubs, $100 • athletic clubs, $200 • musical clubs, $1,000 • and drama clubs, $1,000 • All other clubs have no limits (recommended to not exceed $500)
