  2. What we do • We help people that are in need of help • We give them what they need to get back on their feet

  3. Situation • Very hot rooms • Not enough space for our people • Organization is very ugly • In a bad location • Only 1 employee • Only make $5,000 every 2 months

  4. ALTERNATIVE actions • I could buy and office for $250,000 • It’s in Woodbury, MN • We would want to hire 8 employees • Pay them $8.00 an hour • Would put things in for our own need • Need chairs, computers, desk: cost $660 Total cost: $250,900

  5. Alternative Action continued • Buy an Rv would be around $50,000 • We would also have to pay for gas: $200 each time • Hire 2 employees: $8.00 an hour • Total: cost is $50,800
