Prion Satellite virus Virusoid Viroid Sub-viruses
**** Virus: a particle that has all discriminative features but lack the ability of replication.
**** Virion: the viral particle in its replicated form
**** Provirus is the integrated viral nucleic acid within the host nucleic acid
**** It lack the ability of replication due to a functional disorder in some Viral genes through the replication of the slandered viruses
**** Pseudo-virus: Similar to standard virus but its protein coat occupied by the host cell nucleic acid or organelle.
**** Multi-particle: virus composed of two or more particles, each particle contain one viral genome segment.
**** Satellite virus: That virus can not replicate except in the presence of another virus called helper.
**** Virusoid: a satellite RNA particle which can not make infection but can replicate only inside the protein coat of other virus
Viroid: Naked infectious closed circular single strand RNA with low molecular weight and potentially pathogenic agents to plants
Prion: A group of proteinaceous infectious agent ( lacking nucleic acid) with high molecular weight and cause diseases to animals only.
