Landscape Architecture could be the full craft of planning, developing design, preparation , construction, layout and direction of back yard using the tools offered in character. It unites architecture and engineering into a cohesive, more functional field that is relevant to each single facet of the lives. University layout is one area in which landscape design plays an essential role as it has been put to use for at least a hundred years to improve the structure of university buildings and campus areas.

Landscape architecture is an essential part of designing a garden. It is the architectural design of various buildings, structures, features, landscapes, monuments, and other outdoor places to achieve aesthetically, socially, or environmental results. It includes the planning, design, implementation, design, installation, maintenance, repair, protection, or redesigning of various buildings, structures, features, landscapes, monuments, and other outdoor places for human use. Landscape architecture was first defined in the 1930s, as a discipline that focuses on the aesthetic design of buildings, features, structures, features, landscapes, monuments, and other outdoor places for human and landscape use. The term was coined by the German-American architect and urban planner Richard Neutra. Today, the concept of landscape architecture encompasses all forms of design, from the architectural and urban planning of buildings, features, structures, landscapes, monuments, and other outdoor places to the decoration of public places and commercial establishments. Landscape architecture can be broadly classified as a group of practices that aim at achieving specific aesthetic results. There are five different disciplines that are associated with landscape architecture: research architecture; architectural research; design research; landscape architecture; and environmental research. Research architecture, also called the architectural research field, seeks to solve problems and to investigate design. Its objectives include understanding the functions of the building, the architecture and materials involved, the effects of design on surroundings, and the interaction between landscape design and urban planning. Architectural research, on the other hand, is a specific type of research which studies the use of natural resources for the construction of the building. Research architecture seeks to create sustainable urban areas through research and development, planning, design, construction, maintenance, and restoration of the built environment. The aims of research architecture are to use science and technology in an integrated way to design, construct, operate, manage, conserve, restore, or recycle the built environment and make it ecologically sustainable. It is designed to produce healthy and safe environments that are appropriate to humans and their habitats. Landscape design research include design research, such as building design theory and research. A building is considered 'effective' only if its design and construction to satisfy or exceed its ecological, energy efficiency, ecological, functional, economic, aesthetic, design, security, sustainability, and cost effectiveness. Design research also includes research on the construction of buildings, structures, features, landscapes, monuments, etc., and other outdoor places SQLA, Inc. for human use. and research on the architectural aspects of the structure and material used. Design research also includes research on the use of materials and energy in design. Landscape design research includes research on human habitat and landscape architecture. and research on design research. Environmental research on landscape architecture studies the effects of landscape architecture and research on landscape architecture on the environment. It is also known as urban design research. It includes research on the designing of streets and other features and functions of the urban area.
The career of Landscape Architecture encompasses the study, design and planning of the built and natural external environment around a building or university campus. This could encompass the architecture of buildings, streets, gardens and bridges as well as outdoor spaces such as parks, open spaces and pathways. This also encompasses the designing of public and private areas such as libraries, museums, schools and recreational centres. These places need to be attractive, functional and aesthetically pleasing for students and the local community. The skills and experience gained through landscape architecture courses can help professionals in a number of fields and areas to work in landscape architecture within the construction industry and in other areas such as architectural projects, green houses and commercial establishments. A degree in landscape architecture is generally a two-year program. The course is divided into three main sections namely, the philosophy section, the design and architecture section and the construction section. During this first part of the course students will have a foundation in the concepts of landscape architecture and some practical knowledge of how the different aspects of landscape architecture are developed by professionals in the field. In the second year students will study different concepts that are important in the profession. Courses such as mathematics, surveying, landscape psychology and the theory of knowledge transfer are taught in this time. Some of the theoretical and applied areas that will be covered in this time include ecological landscape planning, environmental policy and sustainability, water and land use management, social and cultural aspects of the design process, building codes, health and safety and architecture. Students are also given a chance to choose a particular area in which they would like to specialise in. At the end of their courses students will be given the opportunity to build their own portfolio so that they can present their own ideas to potential employers. In most cases, these portfolios will contain photographs taken during their course as well as references and examples of previous work completed by the student. Landscape architects often have portfolios in order to showcase their work, to help to promote themselves and build their portfolio. University landscape architecture programs can also help students to gain further qualifications and experience. Students are able to take these courses at the same time as university studies. Courses will vary at different universities however; at some universities landscape architecture students may complete their degree as part of
their general landscape architecture degree. For individuals who want to pursue a career in landscape architecture but cannot afford the cost of a formal university education, there are many organisations that offer landscape architecture courses for students on a part-time basis and on an on demand basis. Landscape architects can use the same techniques that they would use in university courses such as classroom lectures and discussion groups. These days there are also a number of websites that offer online landscape architecture courses and on a tuition basis.
