Safety HASP Lockout

This safety HASP lockout is further attached to the primary isolator and then the person who carried out the work then attaches it to the personal paddock. If there are any additional workers who have to work on similar isolated equipment, they can attach their own personal padlock to the hasp. If one follows this basic lockout procedure, the energy source or the machine cannot be restored until the task has been completed by the last worker and then retreated from the hazard and further have removed their personal padlock.
