  11. PLC Meeting Schedule • Strides have been made to formalize schedule/topics for productive PLC meetings. • Clear scheduling led to greater production by staff. • Concerns regarding limited time for teacher prep were considered and scheduled as well.

  12. District Wide Writing Rubrics Rubrics were created by staff with direction and support from BCOE staff. Based on hierarchy of skills from 8th grade down to Kindergarten. Then cross-checked from Kindergarten back up to 8th.
