Technician and Military Complaint Process Con’t Mediation Process – Alternate Dispute Resolution • Provided through the skills of a trained mediator (not typically from within the direct supervisory chain of command). • ADR Provides prompt and inexpensive techniques to resolve disputes. • Allow parties involved to arrive at an agreed resolution. • Less costly and results in a more positive, long term solution, improves morale and productivity.
