  1. 138th Caribbean Fishery Management Council MeetingIn Memory of WAYNE SWINGLE It is with great sadness that we share the news that Wayne passed away on May 11, 2011.  He was surrounded by his family when he died peacefully. Wayne spent his life devoted to his family and profession, and he will be missed by all. He worked with the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council for a long period; he was friends with the Caribbean and in his younger years, worked in several ecology and taxonomy projects with Dr. Randall and other scientists in the USVI.
