  2. Juscelino was born on September 12, 1902 in Diamantina in a colonial house in Straight Street. His father, João César de Oliveira (1872-1905), was a traveling salesman and also exercised various other professions.

  3. Juscelino liked to dance, and so created the fame foot waltz. At a party he met Sarah Gomes de Lemos, daughter of Congressman Jaime Gomes de Sousa Lemos. On December 17, 1927 graduated in Medicine.

  4. In 1933, after the death of the governor of Minas Gerais Olegario Maciel, Getúlio Vargas Benedito Valadares was appointed to the post of chief of the office, but he refused.

  5. PresidentialElection in 1955 Through a political alliance formed by six parties, Kubitschek was elected President on October 3, 1955, with 35.68% of the valid votes, the lowest vote of all the elected presidents from 1945 to the launch of 1960.
