  2. My Plan • Attend UNCG and then transfer to UNC Chapel Hill the remaining years. • Possibly attend medical school right after graduation.

  3. Highlight of my Senior Project: • Darlene Jones (Registered Nurse at OBX Hospital) • Usually a 36 hour work week, with 3 days of 12 hours each. • Salary ranges from experience. Shadowing Experience

  5. Associate Degree • 2 Year Education • Near Same Pay Rate as Bachelor Degree • Allows for Larger Workforce • More Convenient to Some

  6. Bachelor Degree • 4 Year Education • More Knowledge • Less Malpractice • Slightly Higher Pay Rate than Associate Degree

  7. Problems • More Malpractices with Associate Degree Nurses • A Huge Need for Nurses and Continuing Need in the Future
