Ingredients (serves 4) 1 jar of mild curry sauce, about 720ml 1 medium sized cauliflower and 1 medium sized broccoli 4 medium sized carrots 500g of new potatoes 1 small bag of trimmed green beans How to make it ALWAYS GET AN ADULT TO HELP YOU Place a pan of water over a medium heat and bring to the boil –REMEMBER THAT THE PAN SHOULD NOT BE FILLED MORE THAN HALF WAY. 2. Prepare the broccoli and cauliflower by removing the outer leaves and stocks, then carefully cutting away the florets. Peel the carrots and cut into thin rings, then cut the potatoes in half. 3. When the water starts to boil turn the heat down until it starts to simmer and then using a spoon add the carrots, green beans and the potatoes. 4. Empty the curry sauce into a second pan and use a low heat to warm up the sauce, stirring gently every few minutes. 5. Using a spoon add the cauliflower to the simmering water 6. After about 3 minutes, using a spoon add the broccoli to the simmering water. 7. Cook the vegetables until they begin to soften, then drain using colander into a sink, place in a bowl and pour over the warmed curry sauce. 8. Serve with a nan bread and a little pasta.
