Minimum Password Requirements for the Citrix Portal Important note: The following are password requirements for the Citrix portal only and do not apply to Accero-Cyborg. • Password complexity requirements are enforced which means it must: • Be at least 8 characters long • Must not contain 3 or more characters from the users account name • Must contain characters from at least 3 of the following 4 categories: • English uppercase characters (A – Z) • English lowercase characters (a – z) • Base 10 digits (0 – 9) • Non-alphanumeric (example: !, $, #, %) • Passwords expire every 75 days • Password policy is currently set to disallow reuse of the last 5 passwords

Resetting your password To reset your Citrix Xen Portal password, go to https://password.accero.com/. • NOTE: Before Self-Service Password Management can be used, you must access the site and complete the security questions found under the “Edit my Profile” section.  (Please note that you cannot use the same answer for multiple questions.)  You must know your current password in order to “Edit my Profile” so it is highly recommended that you complete this step shortly after you have created your new CITRIX Xen Portal password.You do not need to change your password when editing your profile the first time. • In the event you have forgotten your CITRIX Xenpassword and are unable to reset it through “myPassword”, please send an email request to mrc.payroll@sumtotalsystems.com. A password will be sent to you via email. • Accero-Cyborg (payroll application) password resets should be done as it is done today.
