MUA 2005 Activities Company limited by guarantee • 96% voted in favour • Effective 1st July 2005 • Limits your liability to £1 – taken from first invoice. • Not for profit – support of MacMillan Cancer Relief • Membership Certificates • Re-election of Director – Graham Maxfield as per section 40 (A) of Memorandum of Association
