  1. .................................İ.Ö.Okulu KİTAP KURDU BELGESİ Sevgili ; 2011-2012 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında .......... ayının Kitap Kurdu olarak seni seçtim.Çünkü bu ay en fazla sen kitap okudun. Ayrıca okuduğun kitap ile ilgili bilgileri bana tam olarak anlatabildin. Kitap okumadığında içinde bir boşluk oluştuğunu,kitap okumanın senin için yemek içmek kadar ihtiyaç olduğunu ,kitabındaki kahramaların seni bazen bilgilendirdiğini, bazen hayallerden hayale sürüklediğini düşlüyorum. Okuma alışkanlığınla büyüklerine de örnek olacağına ve büyüdüğünde tam bir kitap kurdu olacağına inanıyor,seninle gurur duyuyorum. Öğretmenin ............................
