Two steps to get going: • By 12/15/2013 • Reply to Craig or Kimberly with intent to adopt the Block O identity system • Complete licensing renewal form by Dec 15. • On-boarding sessions begin January 2014 • The Ohio State University University Communications and Trademark and Licensing Services

Ohio State Licensing Program: • Administer the use of the university’s name, trademarks, service marks & goodwill through products, media, sponsorships, etc. • Trademark Registrations and Enforcement • Oversee Ohio State License Plate Program ($600K, 25K annually) • 450 active license agreements - 90 Ohio Licensees ~Review 240 new applicants each year • Social Responsibility – Code of Conduct – Insurance Liability • #1 in collegiate sales nationally 6 of last 9 years (royalty rate 12%) • Royalty Revenue Distributed to Scholarships and University Programs • The Ohio State University University Communications and Trademark and Licensing Services
