  1. Be sure to include an introductory screen or “slate” at the beginning of your video. There is a template to follow on slide #2 of this file for this “slate’ screen which should include the following information: Your name (your first name only) The CHS location where you work The business unit in which you work, (such as Grain Marketing, Country Operations, CHS Hedging, etc.) The File Name of Your Video Once you have completed the video “slate” do a “save as” and select .jpg or .tif and save that slide as one of these file types. Then place or import that “slate” image at the front of your Intern Video with your editing software for about five seconds, this will help us identify your video.
