You must have heard it many times in television commercials or read it in the descriptions of cosmetic or prescribed medicated creams. But who bothers to know what the sources of antioxidants are, what antioxidants really are. How does it protect skin against aging? All most of the people know, it is recommended by dietitians, doctors or beautician. Therefore, it must be really good for body. There are a lot more interesting facts about antioxidants. What are antioxidants? These are the compounds that protect against the oxidation.
