  2. How to fix playback issue on your Roku? As we know some technical errors often annoy your Roku device, such as video playback issue. If you’re struggling with this issue the follow these given steps.

  3. Step1: Re-connect to your wireless network • You need to navigate to Settings, then Network and finally to Wireless. • If ‘update connection; is available then you need to select it to refresh your connection

  4. From the lust need to select your wireless network, now fill up your wireless password when prompted. • You no need to re-enter your password, if you’re previously connected • Passwords are case-sensitive

  5. Step 2: You need to restart your wireless network and Roku streaming player • From the back of your wireless router, you need to unplug the cable • Repeat the same with your modem as well (perhaps your wireless router and modem fixed as one device)

  6. Unplug the cable of power from the Roku player’s back • Plug the power cable into modem back (now wait for a while until it gets boot) • You need to do same with your router and modem, plug back the cable.

  7. Plug the power cable back into the Roku player and wait for the picture on your television • Now follow the Step 1 above
